Rain check and Refund Policy

Rain Check and Refund policy:

Online reservations via Club Caddie: Tee-time reservations made online through Club Caddie are non-refundable when cancellation or refund requests are submitted less than 24 hours before the scheduled tee time.
Cancellation due to inclement weather: Reservations remain subject to the standard cancellation policy when the course is open and playable. Rain, cold temperatures, or unfavorable forecasts alone do not qualify for a refund. If the course is closed or play is suspended due to lightning, severe weather, or unsafe course conditions, the course will issue a rain check or re-booking credit based on the number of holes completed. The course management will make all determinations regarding course playability and safety.

Before play: If the course remains open and playable, normal cancellation deadlines apply.
Course closure or unsafe conditions: If the course closes because of lightning, severe weather, flooding, or unplayable conditions, you shall request a rain check, re-booking credit, or full refund.
Course closure during play: A prorated rain check shall be issued based on holes completed.

Fewer than 3 holes: full 9-hole rain check.
4-5 holes: rain check for remaining holes.
6 or more holes: round considered complete; no credit or rain check.
